-Temp. all coolers & freezers are all satisfactory with the exception of sandwich prep cooler top parts (mainly low risk foods and with PHF being stored 1/3 of inserts)
*Ensure to change creamer every Max 2 hr and keep a spare containers in cooler to rotate
-- Accurate thermometers are provided
- Hot holding units all > 60 C
- Paper Towel & liquid soap are provided
- Good food storage & excellent food protection noted
- Foods are labelled properly - No expired foods noted
- Bleach solution sanitizer > 100 ppm
- Dishwasher Temp. >75 at plate
*Facility is clean and organized - clean the cabinet under the sink in beside coffee machine
