-hand sink fully equipped -all temps met health requirements -quats at 200ppm -general sanitation good -dishwasher at 71C at dish -hood vent does not have a sticker indicating when it was last cleaned. Look into when it was last cleaned and when insurance requires it to be done, usually at least yearly. -Ensure fire suppression system is also inspected as the sticker says 2018 on it. Staff say they come every 6 months or so.
