Temperatures were logged for prior days. Please ensure all temperatures are logged and updated every day. Hand washing stations are provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. Staff washing hands was observed during inspection. Dishwashing sanitizer in 3 compartment sink is @150ppm (quat). Food contact sanitizer are provided in bottles (quat) - properly labelled. General cleanliness is satisfactory. Floor is clean. Counters are well cleaned and maintained. Health Permit is posted. No sign of pests observed at the time of inspection. Garbage area is clean and well maintained. Covid-19 Safety Plan is in place. Floor is marked. Hand sanitizers are provided. Staff are screened every day. Record of screening is kept.
