-Operator has obtained a valid FOODSAFE certificate. Email the health inspector copies of ALL FOODSAFE certificates.
-Mouse droppings have been cleaned up and adequately sanitized.
-A professional pest control company inspects the facility every month. Email the agreement to the health inspector.
-Carpet mats in the kitchen had been replaced with rubber mats.
-Operating Permit Fee (from Nov to March 2019) of $104.17 collected (Cheque #0053).
