A copy of Covid-19 Safety Plan is available on-site. Ensure operator adheres to their Covid-19 Safety Plan. Correction order rescinded. Note: Staff asked if a small chest freezer can be added back beside the walk-in cooler, which was ordered to be removed since October 2018. Since the facility has been having 3 consecutive low hazard rating since October 2018, I have no objection to adding a freezer back. Having said that, if facility is consistently having insufficient storage space again, we may consider asking the freezer to be removed again.
