Observation: Mildew noted on the interior of the ice machine.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize interior of the ice machine. Use a flashlight for easier observation. Discard the current batch of ice and the first batch after sanitizing. Correct by: today.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food surfaces sanitizer not readily available at the time.
Corrective Action(s): Operator filled 200 ppm Quats sanitizer from the dispenser. Clean and sanitizing all food contact surfaces in the kitchen area.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Tray with clean plates were left on top of the garbage can.
2. Frozen squids were thawing at the 2 compartment sink beside a compartment of grease and detergents. It was observed detergent splashes were dropping into the compartment with squids.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Do not store any food equipment on garbage can as it is not a clean location.
2. It was agreed with the operator to thaw squid in a metal pot with a cover on top. The pot will be in the 2 compartment sink with the cover on.

- High temperature dishwasher registered 72C at the plate level.
- No pest activities observed at the time.
