Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Time tracking system for room temperature holding of pizza not in use at time of inspection. Per Food Safety Plan, leftover pizza is to be discarded after 90 minutes; timers are to be used to track time.
Corrective Action(s): - Follow Food Safety Plan. Use timers to track the time that pizzas are displayed at room temperature.

- Inspection conducted 30 minutes after store opening. Food handlers stated that pizzas were displayed at store opening. Timers set for 60 minutes for pizzas already on display.
