Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Operator informed that self-dispensing coffee thermoses sanitized with baking soda.
Corrective Action(s): Educated operator to sanitize self-dispensing coffee thermoses with 100-200ppm chlorine in the 2-compartment sink. Bleach dilution should be 1 teaspoon bleach for every 1 litre water.

Routine Inspection conducted today.
Communicable Disease compliance conducted. Mask policy in place. Physical distancing sign and directional arrows in place. Plexiglas present at front-till. Maximum occupancy signage of 3 customer posted. Daily health screening of staff conducted. NOTE: Post hand sanitizer sign at the self-serve stations (i.e.: coffee/capuccino machine and ATM machine) notifying patrons to sanitize their hands prior to use. Have hand sanitizer readily available at all self-serve stations (i.e.: coffee/capuccino machine and ATM machine).

Bleach (i.e.:chlorine-based) on-site for sanitizing food contact surfaces. 2-compartment sink available for manual dishwashing.
Stand-up cooler, display cooler, and walk-in cooler at 4C. Chest freezers measured at -25C.
Facility sells pre-package foods and potential hazardous foods (e.g.: milk) within best before date.
No signs of pests observed.
Overall, facility is well organized.

NOTE: Declutter 2-compartment sink area for ease of manual dishwashing.
