High temperature dishwasher in good working order; detected 76.7 C at plate level after final rinse cycle
Bleach sanitizer available and in use; detected 200 ppm of residual chlorine
Storage of foods and other items adequate; no items (food or utensils) noted in the back hallway. Ensure to not use hallway as storage and/or preparation sites
No sign of pests noted at the time of inspection.
*Discussed patio usage with operator. Operator indicated that multiple inspection had taken place from City of Surrey. Requested a copy of approval/permit to use the patio from City of Surrey.*
**No kulfi production at the time of inspection. Operator mentioned addition of food items. Operator must submit an updated copy of the food safety plan. Approval must be obtained prior to making and providing additional food menus.**
4 samples of food collected for testing; goat curry, biryani masala, daal and onion-tomato sauce
