Summary of Inspection
At the follow-up inspection conducted on June 12, 2022 there were 12 children, 3 staff and the Manager present.
The Licensee has addressed all previously identified contraventions.
No further action is required by the Licensee and Licensing.
The following discussed;
- wall in the bathroom missing tiles
The contents of the inspection report was reviewed with the Manager at the time of the inspection. This report was written off site and a copy of this report was emailed to the facility.
