Routine Inspection
- Hot/cold water, soap, and paper towel available
- Dishwasher reached 61C and 50ppm chlorine sanitizer at plate surface
- 200ppm chlorine sanitizer available in spray bottle
- Walk-in cooler was 4C or lower; preparation table cooler was 4C or lower; Upright display cooler was 4C or lower
- Walk-in freezer was -18C or lower
- Food storage was good; all food items were stored at least 6 inches off of the ground. Food items in cooler was dated.
*operator to remove excess equipment in facility that are no longer being used i.e. dough machine
- No evidence of pest activity was observed during inspection
- General sanitation and cleanliness was good
