Code 303 noted on Routine inspection # AHEN-AVRTSL of Feb-07-2018
Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)] (1. Dishwasher was not dispensing a minimal 50 ppm chlorine sanitizer residual after the final rinse cycle. Operator called a technician to service it tomorrow.
2. 0 ppm chlorine sanitizer was setup in the spray bottle used to sanitize tables in the seating area. Operator mentioned that they mix a bit of liquid soap with the bleach water. )
Comments

Follow up inspection:
-Dishwasher was re-serviced and final rinse chlorine sanitizer residual was at least 50 ppm at the plate (actually between 50 to100 ppm).
-Potato slicer was removed from the food premises as operator mentioned that they currently are not using it. Ensure it is maintained in a sanitary condition prior to using it for business use in the future to protect food from contamination.
-Hot-held chicken was at or above 60 degrees C.
-Shelf liner was in place for most shelves and is still required for the bottom shelving unit near the display hot-holding unit. Operator mentioned that they will do this soon.
Thank you for making improvements.
