Routine Inspection - hand wash station stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. Note: Re caulk the hand sink and wall joint near the dry storage area. This was pointed out during last inspection as well. - All cooler ambient air temperature at or below 4 degree Celsius. Clean the walk in cooler fan grill. - walk in freezer ambient air temperature below -18 degree Celsius - Dishwasher final rinse temperature above 72 degree Celsius at the dish level - 200 ppm quats sanitizer available - temperature logs in place - General sanitation good at the time of inspection - food safe trained staff available - pest control in place Reminder: Do not leave scoops in bulk foods and cover beverage drinks in the cooler in the serving area.
