Overall sanitation and maintenance of the facility is good. In aisles where the pellets of flour and dry baking ingredients are stored, more thorough and frequent cleaning of spills is needed on the floor and hard to reach areas (i.e., inside corners of metal racking...etc) to control pest. Pest control service is provided. No obvious signs of rodent activities noted. No open food products are handled onsite. Refrigeration temperatures are satisfactory. Handwashing stations are satisfactory.
