Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot held foods were > 60 C.
The dishwasher reached > 71 C (74.5 C) at the plate level. Ensure that it is checked daily. A max hold thermometer is available for checking dishwasher temperatures.
Bleach sanitizer solution had 100 ppm chlorine.
No evidence of pests. A professional pest control company is onsite regularly, reports available for review.
The ice machine was kept in a sanitary condition.
The ventilation hood was clean.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
