-2 door undercounter prep cooler was at 3C.
-Front display cooler was at 2C.
-Upright cooler in customer area was at 0C.
-Undercounter freezer was at -22C.
-Upright freezer in customer area was at -18C.
-Temperatures were observed at greater than 4C on various occasion and no corrective actions are listed. Ensure all corrective actions are documented when critical limits are exceeded.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 71C on the dish surface (minimum 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash station easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle was tested at 200ppm and labelled (label is beginning to fade - ensure bottle is relabelled once label fades or wears off).
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods properly stored off the floor and covered.
-Foods displayed for sale to the public protected from potential customer contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and well maintained.
