Observation: - Pie counter top front cooler at 7.6 C at the time of inspection.
- Prepackaged cream and butter, which labeled "keep refrigerated" must be stored in a cooler or ice-bath; if you would like to store this items at room temperature - time tracking is required and small amount should be kept at room temperature (for 2h only).
Correction: - Immediately. Potentially hazardous food must be put in a different cooler. Repair cooler or adjust the temperature of the cooler (must be < = 4.0C).

General sanitation- good.
Counter top front cooler at 3.0C (the cooler has been replaced). Thermometer fir the cold unit is available.
Ice-machine - cleaned and sanitized.
Microwave is replaced.

Dry storage mobile bins are cleaned and sanitized.
Potentially hazardous food stored safely at the time of inspection.
Lid for the prep. cooler repaired.
All issues are rectified.
