-Changes are planned to the setup. A sushi bar will be added to the front area in front of the 2-compartment sink. Ensure that floor plans are sent to Fraser Health for approval before the changes are made.
All items from the last inspection were corrected.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
The kitchen dishwasher reached 81 C at the plate level.
The bar dishwasher reached 73 C at the plate level.
No evidence of pests. A pest control company is coming on site monthly.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
