- General sanitation is satisfactory
- Walk in cooler = 4C
- All other coolers = 4C

- Hot/cold running water available.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. Recommend installing more traps as preventative measure for pest activity (ie TinCat Live Mouse trap).
- Random food items (i.e. eggs, prepackaged dry foods) checked for expiration dates, condition of packaging, and signs of deterioration. All in good condition.
- Dry storage area is organized. All food items must be kept at min 6inches (15cm) off the floor for better cleaning, air circulation, and preventing pest contamination.
