Operator has discontinued making and selling bottled juices, and is only on drink powders (same powdered mixture that were used to prepared the bottled drinks) that are packaged onsite. Drink powders/teas are prepared as individual packets and packaged in a larger bulk packaging. Retail store front will no longer be operated as operator will act as a supplier to other vendors/facilities. Operator plans to remove all unnecessary equipment (e.g. refrigerators, tea urns and mixers). General observations: All sinks equipped with hot and cold running water. Hand sink stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is good. Chemicals were stored in a safe manner. No signs of pests.
