Observation: There is a build up of food and debris under equipment, on shelves, etc. Mechanical exhaust system is scheduled to be cleaned.
Corrective Action(s): Clean shelves, equipment, floor under equipment and along baseboards, and filters above the deep fryer and grill. Follow a routine cleaning schedule.

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: Bar area hand washing sink faucet is leaking (water leaking even when taps are off). This faucet was apparently fixed but is leaking again.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the bar hand washing sink faucet so that it does not leak.

Comments

Walk in cooler, 2 prep/ line coolers and bar cooler are all at 4 C or colder.
Hand washing sink - liquid soap and paper towels are provided. See above regarding bar sink.
Hot holding - broth - cooking > 74 C.
Produce - lettuce is washed on site. Produce is washed.
Chlorine sanitizer in spray bottle is used to sanitize food contact surfaces and counters. Wash, rinse, sanitize, and air dry.
Dishwasher has a chlorine final sanitizing rinse (>50ppm) - good.
