Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats in two of three spray bottles measured 0 ppm. One spray bottle unlabelled. Main feed at dish sinks measured 200 to 400 ppm solution. Discussed with manager.
Corrective Action(s): Dumped and refilled the two spray bottles in question. Labelled with sharpie the unlabelled spray bottle.
**Properly label spray bottles AND implement measures to ensure spray bottles are changed regularly enough to ensure quats solution does not drop below 200 ppm

Mop sink faucet stem leaking. Fix to ensure leak is stopped.
Make sure to have liquid soap and paper towels at all handsinks at all times (front coffee).
Lights in walk-in cooler and freezer not working - discussed with staff work order in place.

Cooling units less than 4 C.
Hot holding at or above 60 C.
Freezer -12 at time of inspection. Make sure unit can recover to -18 C. Check at beginning of day and/or end of day.
Dishwasher at 74 C at plate.
