Observation: Dishwasher not achieving final sanitizing rinse of greater than or equal to 50ppm Chlorine at the dish final rinse. REPEAT VIOLATION

Facility closed as result of broken dishwasher.
Repair dishwasher. Clean and sanitize all dishes prior to re-opening of facility.
Only one sink plug/stopper exists at facility therefore facility can not adequately handwash dishes. Staff did not know to sanitize dishes when handwashing.

Correction: Repair dishwasher. Clean and sanitize all dishes prior to re-opening of facility.
Test dishwasher daily. This has been stated on 2 prior inspections.
Obtain 2 additional sink plugs.

Observation: Dishwasher not achieving final sanitizing rinse of 200ppm Chlorine at the dish.
Sanitizer solution at the machine is older and not of adequate concentration.

Correction: Owner to return at 4:30 with new sanitizer solution for dishwasher.
Facility has set up 3 compartment sink with adequate concentration of chlorine solution in third compartment and fully able to demonstrate proper wash-rinse-sanitize (all without assistance from inspector).
Health Inspector to meet with owner to discuss Dishwasher on Monday at 10:30. Staff are unable/unwilling to test dishwasher daily and this continued issue MUST be resolved.
