2. The big freezer and the lowboy freezer measured 0C.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Do not use this cooler until it is confirmed that the cooler is able to maintain temperatuare of 4C (40F).
2.Repair/service the freezers so that it is able to maintain temperautre of -18C (0F).
