Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bar washer: no chlorine detected during the rinse cycle of the bar glass washer. No records available of bar glass washer sanitizer monitoring.
Corrective Action(s): Repair or adjust the bar glass washer so that 100ppm chlorine sanitizer is available at glass surface for sanitizing glasses. Ecolab service was called in at the time of inspection.

Observation: Build up of dust, mould and debris noticed on the shelves, floor and fan cover in the main walk-in cooler. Floors, walls, shelving and fan covers appeared dirty in the beer walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean all surfaces including shelves in both walk-in coolers
Clean floors especially in corners/under equipment throughout the kitchen.
