Both handsinks in the food service establishment and handsink in the staff washroom were adequately supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Walk-in-cooler was at 0.3 degrees C (4 degrees C or less) and was maintained in a clean condition.
Lower portion of prep. cooler was at 3.9 degrees C (4 degrees C or less) and pizza toppings were at or below 4 degrees C as well in the inserts.
Drinks cooler was being used for pop only.
Refrigeration units were equipped with thermometers.
A probe thermometer was available.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available in the third compartment of the 3-compartment sink and spray bottle.
No signs of recent pest activity were present at the time of inspection.
FOODSAFE Level 1 expiration dates were discussed with the Manager. Operator and at least on person on shift in their absence must maintain valid FOODSAFE Level 1 training.
