Routine inspection conducted at the food processing facility and the following observations were made:

Food Processing:
- Facility produces tortillas in warehouse.
- The equipment comprises of dough mixer, dough presser, hopper, conveyor system, oven, cooler conveyor, and sorter.
- Packaged tortilla bags are moved to Horizonte Imports Inc. warehouse for storage and shipping.

Hygiene and Sanitizing
- Hand wash station near processing area adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels
- Dispenser releases QUATS sanitizer. The concentration of QUATS was noted at 200ppm.
- Spray bottle on-site contains 200 ppm QUATS.
- Washroom found in sanitary condition.
- Machine components are removed daily to be cleaned and sanitized with QUATS. One of the staff was observed power washing the machine during inspection.
- Small parts are disassembled from the machine and washed and sanitized in two-compartment sink.

Storage:
- All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
- Storage area was well-organized.
- Chemicals, including QUATS and cleaners, were stored separate from food preparation areas.

Pest Management:
- No visible signs of pest activity observed at the time of inspection.
- Mechanical traps were present throughout the facility.

COVID-19 Safety Plan:
- COVID-19 protocols were found in place.
- Staff health checks were conducted and records were maintained.
