- Walk-in cooler has been repaired. Ambient temperature is now less than 4C/40F.
- Begin maintaining a temperature log for all coolers. Ensure log is kept on site for review.
- Cleaning has been performed in noted areas. Ensure cleaning is done regularly to prevent accumulation of food debris and grease.
