Routine inspection conducted. Facility maintained in a sanitary manner

-Hand wash stations are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water
-All cooler temperatures are at or below 4C
-Freezer temperature is at -18C
-High temperature dishwasher achieves 71C at plate level
-QUAT sanitizer in bucket achieves 200ppm. Ensure mixture is prepared as soon as facility opens
-Dry storage is good. Stored off the floor and in pest proof containers
-No signs of pest activity
-Permit is posted
