Facility maintained in a sanitary manner -Hand wash stations are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water -All cooler temperatures are at or below 4C -Freezer temperature is at -18C -High temperature dishwasher achieves 71C at plate level -QUAT sanitizer in bucket achieves 200ppm.
