This violation is pending from the previous inspection. Corrective Action(s): In the Operator's absence, at least one staff member must have Foodsafe level 1 certification. Staff member on duty reported that other staff have now taken Foodsafe and she is scheduled to attend the course next Saturday. Keep a photocopy of staff certificates on site. Violation Score: 1

-Cleaning has been completed as per previous inspection. Continued attention will be needed in the area around the soft serve machines. Soft serve machines need to be pulled out so that product spillage on wall and floor can be cleaned. Update sanitation plan to ensure this is addressed.
