Observation: Observed some growth of biofilm inside the ice machine.
Correction: Clean and sanitize the interior of the ice machine and store the ice scoop in a clean container.

Observation: Meat slicer downstairs found with dried on food debris. Operator stated that this is no longer in use.
Correction: Thoroughly clean and sanitize meat slicer and store in sanitary condition so that it can be used without cleaning if need be. Alternatively if this is no longer needed for operation it can be removed from site. Cleaning due by tomorrow.
