A follow-up inspection was conducted from the initial on July 10, 2020 (RPT#: 248516). The following was noted:

-Premise has undergone a deep clean and is in improved sanitary condition.
-Mesh covers placed along edges of screen door to reduce incidence of fly activity.
-Cooling logs noted at time of inspection. cooled products in walk-in cooler were within cooling curve requirements.
-Unnecessary clutter has been removed from the premise (e.g. old equipment, rusty shelving, soiled and debris-laden trays).
-Operator has registered for a FoodSafe 1 equivalent program. Invoice provided at time of inspection.
-Storage practices have improved - food products not in use covered with appropriate lid.
-No fly strips observed over food processing area of the kitchen.

The following still needs further work prior to issuance of health approval:
-Areas between equipment and under dishwasher still need further cleaning.
-Covering EHO has discussed with operator regarding installation of mop sink. Operator will be reaching out to the plumber/City of Surrey.
