Follow up inspection:
-A one compartment sink with a drain board attached (to add to the previously existing 2-compartment sink) was on-site at the food service establishment however was not installed yet. Public Health Act Correction ORDER was contravened as the corrective action stated on the Public Health Act ORDER was required to be completed by February 22, 2019.
-Larger air drying shelving made of suitable (washable, impermeable, durable, non-toxic, and smooth) materials still requires to be installed above the ware-washing sink unit.
-Dishwasher was not present in the ware-washing area.
-No ware-washing was occurring at the time of inspection.
-Owner's husband over phone stated that the plumber needed one extra part and is arriving on-site today at 2 PM to install the third sink unit.
-Make sure the additional one compartment sink is installed next to the 2-compartment sink on-site and the air drying shelving unit is installed above the ware-washing sink today by 4 PM (February 26, 2019). Follow up inspection will be conducted.
-Codes 303 and 311 are still outstanding. Public Health Act Correction ORDER is still outstanding. Failure to comply may result in further enforcement action (e.g. issuance of violation ticket(s)).
-Owner's husband met the district Environmental Health Officer on-site to review the inspection report.
