- Change of ownership and name: No changes made to the setup. All coolers were < 4 Degrees Celsius, freezers were <-18 Degrees Celsius. Quats sanitizer available for use . Handsinks supplied with hot/cold water , soap and paper towels . No evidence of pests, traps in place . Permit fee in the amount of $137.50 made payable to Fraser Health collected. *Health Approval Granted with the following conditions: - single service utensils only . - No cooking onsite since there is no ventilation hood (re-heating food is ok) . - The second owner must take FoodSafe Level 1 within one month.
