-ice machine area has been cleaned out but droppings and shredded insulation left in corners
-some droppings still left behind POS. slush machine area has been thoroughly cleaned

Comments

Rodent droppings removed from electrical panel in staff storage room, around the ice machine (mostly done), and under the oven in the kitchen. dead mouse found by back door into river market has been removed.
Shredded insulation and cardboard around ice machine and under server station.
Excess equipment and utensils removed from side storage rooms

note: pest control reports note heavy mice activity in the ceiling above kitchen. Operator to remove ceiling panels and clean out above ceiling (remove droppings and shredded insulation). Shredded insulation noted on some ceiling panel seams at the time of inspection.
