Purchase test strips in order to check concentration of sanitizer
Note: chlorine bleach being used until repaired or switch permanently to chlorine bleach

Dishwasher had a final rinse of 72C at plate and 183F at gauge. Note: Temperature must be 77C or 10C. Machine states 180F
No signs of pest activity noted during inspection
General sanitation is satisfactory
