A follow-up inspection was completed: - Walls in kitchen have been scrubbed clean. Ensure this is done once a day from now on. - The floor under equipment and shelves, in the back storage room, is clean of debris and food. - There is still food debris on the floor under equipment in the kitchen. Ensure the floor is cleaned under all equipment and shelves every day. - High number of drain flies found in back storage room. Manager explained that their pest company will be bringing fly strips. Highly recommend having the floor drains treated by a pest company with cleaning foam. This should be done at least once a year.
