Met with owner and the following has been discussed: - new frozen yogurt equipment will be installed that will require a separate wash sink. Old freezer will be replaced and new freezer with counter top will be installed. since this will require the head office approval please submit the following to complete this approval: - cleaning and sanitation procedure for this, new equipment - new floor plan with equipment location ( including new sink ) if the food safety has been changed for the frozen yogurt please submit the new FS plan.
