Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two front bar handsinks did not have paper towel immediately available. Staff member brought over two rolls and placed them at each station.

Only pre-packaged foods offered (e.g. potato chips, jerky, smart sweets)
No signs of pests observed. Mechanical traps throughout. Atlas pest control comes every 2 weeks
All handsinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
Walk-in cooler operating at </= 4C
Open food products stored in pest-proof containers. All foods stored 6" off the ground.
Quats surface sanitizer available in spray bottle at 200 ppm
Glasswasher had 12.5 ppm iodine at the glass level upon final rinse cycle. Test strips available.
Brewery equipment washed with acid and fermentation tanks have no-rinse sanitizer applied after each batch. ATP strips in-use to check level of sanitation.
Canning station is washed and sanitized after each use
General sanitation is excellent
