Follow up visit Re: Health Act Correction order issued on June 24-2021 Reviewed the submitted proposal to address lack of adequate # of sinks in the facility to facilitate manual dishwashing and hand washing by staff in the kitchen. -Hand wash sink will be installed in mid September - submit a revised floor plan In the meantime one of the two compartment sink is a designated hand washing sink at all time - Noted the existing liquid soap dispenser is not accessible and no paper towel dispenser *- Install a liquid soap dispenser and paper towel dispenser (accessible by staff) -send a picture - Production is reduced -40% of production is done in Pastry box -No dirty dishware in two compartment sink -two bus pan on wheel are provided to store dirty dishware- baker rack is being used as extra space for drying dishware * Post a sign re: proper 4 steps of manual dishwashing steps using 2 compartment sinks as per your proposal for staff to follow- send a picture -Cleaning is improved-continue with frequent and deep cleaning for the whole facility *Continue to send a progress report ( one per month) done by the pest control company re: pest activity at the facility To avoid further enforcement (ie: violation ticket ...) send confirmation re: addressing * items ( with pictures as needed) via email to the area inspector fatemeh.emami@fraserhealth.ca no later than July 21-2021
