Observation: Permanent solution for cutting board shelf was required by Mar 29/17. Currently there is plastic wrapped around shelf with many holes in it due to the high use of the equipment on the shelf. Was told by staff stainless shelf was ordered recently. Shelf must be repaired by Aug 1/17 or enforcement action will be taken.
