- Sink had liquid soap + paper towel - Quats santizer was at 200ppm - Cooler temp + sanitizer logs kept - All coolers were </=4C. Fish sitting on ice @0C. - Lobster tank maintained every night. Salt concentration checked with a salinometer. - Ice machine was clean, free of mould or rust. - No signs of pests observed - Facility in good, sanitary condition.
