Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - CH5PSP: An accurate indicating thermometer has been placed in the 2 door cooler next to the side door to the premise. Reading 4 degrees C initially however after opening the door several times the temperature increased to 8-9 degrees C. Ambient air temperature observed to be ~ 8-9 degrees C. Do not store any cold potentially hazardous foods in this cooler until serviced.
