Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Lids were stored in the back kitchen hand washing sink, blocking its usage.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store anything in the hand washing sink. Corrected during the inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The cook washed their hands with their gloves on. This is not proper hand washing. Staff must always change their gloves and wash their hands with soap and warm water.

Comments

-Use time tracking for bubble tea pearls or refrigerate them.

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot held foods were > 60 C.
The dishwasher reached > 71 C (79 C) at the plate level.
Bleach sanitizer solution had 100 ppm chlorine.
No evidence of pests.
A professional pest control company is onsite regularly, report to be emailed to the EHO.
