Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One bottle of quaternary ammonium and one bottle of bleach sanitizer measured with a concentration of less than 50 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Discard and refill the bleach sanitizer bottle with 100-200 ppm bleach, and quaternary ammonium bottle with 200 ppm quats. Ensure the bottles are empty and filled on a daily basis as the sanitizer concentration goes down over the time.

- Stand up freezer maintained at -18C.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- High temperature dishwasher registered 76C at the plate level.
- Food storage practices satisfactory.
- Utensils maintained in sanitary condition.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time.
