Routine inspection conducted:

- Coolers at 4 degrees C or less
- Freezers at -16 to -26 degrees C
- Temperature records are maintained
- Hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- Ice machine and scoop in clean condition
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available at 3-compartment sink dispenser and in labeled spray bottles at 200 to 400 ppm. Manufacturer's label states sanitizer solution may be used between 200 and 400 ppm quats for a no-rinse sanitizer.
- Three sink plugs available for manual ware washing
- Fish and bivalve tank water was measured at 4 to 5 degrees C. It was stated by staff that fish and bivalve tank cleaning and filter changes occur on a nightly basis.
- Staff wear clean clothing and hair restraints
- No signs of pest activity observed. Pest control in place.
Note: All shellfish tags were not able to be located at time of inspection. Only shellfish tags for July 2018 were produced. Ensure that all shellfish tags are maintained on site for at least 90 days.
