Note: The operator claimed that a pest service on site once a month.

Note: Only vegetables/fruits are chopped and crackers are served for children. No cooking is done in the kitchen.
General sanitation - satisfactory; however, some mise droppings found in the kitchen cabinets (see violation section).
Coolers (upright) at < or = 4C.
Freezers (upright) - satisfactory.
All cold units are equipped with working thermometers.
Sink supplied with liquid soap and paper towel; hot/cold running water.
Note: High temperature dishwasher is not in use at the time of inspection.
Ensure that the dishwasher achieved at list 71 C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle.
Sanitizer - available and safely stored at the time of inspection.
Dry storage area - satisfactory.
