FACILITY IS CLOSED - CLOSURE ORDER ISSUED DUE TO SEVERE RAT INFESTATION AND POOR SANITATION
The following actions must be taken:
1) All food must be examined for contamination and discarded if contamination by rats has occurred
2) All rat feces must be removed, the area cleaned and sanitized with a bleach sanitizer solution of 200ppm Chlorine
3) All dishes, utensils or counters or equipment exposed to, or potentially exposed to, rats must be cleaned and sanitized
4) All dirty surfaces, including but not limited to light switches, counters, backsplash, handles, floors, shelves, etc., must be thoroughly scrubbed and cleaned
5) All holes must be sealed with non-chewable materials
6) All storage areas are to be cleaned and clutter free
7) Remove any items not necessary for business (included clutter and junk)
8) Pull all items from shelves, clean and sanitize
9) Facility is to remain closed until granted Approval to Operate by FRASER HEALTH DEPARTMENT
10) Closure Order is to remain posted until removed by FRASER HEALTH DEPARTMENT
11) Do not move, alter, cover, destroy, etc Closure Order
