Corrective Action(s): - Remove Queso Fresco from store display cooler. These products cannot be offered for sale until further notice.

- 18 packages of Queso Fresco boxed and HELD in walk-in cooler. These products cannot be offered for sale until further notice from Fraser Health. The following requirements must be fulfilled:
- Provide product information including name of manufacturer and information regarding where product is manufactured.
