Operator unable to provide adequate information to verify that product is from an approved source and/ or manufactured in an approved facility. Corrective Action(s): - Remove Queso Fresco from store display cooler. These products cannot be offered for sale until further notice. [Correction Date: Immediately] - 18 packages of Queso Fresco boxed and HELD in walk-in cooler. These products cannot be offered for sale until further notice from Fraser Health. The following requirements must be fulfilled: - Provide product information including name of manufacturer and information regarding where product is manufactured. - Provide proper labelling.
