A routine inspection was completed:
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -18C or colder; thermometers present; and temps electronically monitored.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottles and 3-comp sink had strength of 200ppm. Test strips present.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labelled; date coded; foods stored in groups; and foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves, racks or pallets.
- Raw meats stored in separate groups (poultry, beef, pork, etc.)
- Designated area where the Deli Dept. stored and processes whole chickens for cooking. It is clean and organized.
- No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- General sanitation level is satisfactory.
- No signs of pests.
- All surfaces and equipment are in good working order.
- All in order.
